HOW DID YOU FIRST HEAR ABOUT INN STYLE?
We first discovered Inn Style in 2018, while launching Black h and developing a new website with help from Adam at Covers, our designer who guided us through the best booking solutions available. We needed an intelligent system to coordinate our two holiday offerings, and Inn Style was our first choice. Seven years on, we’ve redesigned our website in 2025, further integrating Inn Style to enhance the overall booking experience.
WHAT FEATURES ARE MOST APPEALING?
The booking functionality, integrated payment options, guest database, the diary helping us coordinate housekeeping, financial reporting, and the customer communications, which we expanding more into.
DOES INN STYLE SIMPLIFY YOUR WORKFLOW?
Inn Style helps us to not have to utilise a suite of different systems, apps or partners to achieve the same experience. We are now looking to use more of what Inn Style offers.
HOW HAVE YOU FOUND THE SUPPORT FROM INN STYLE?
The support has been super helpful and integral to the setup process, continuing to assist whenever needed. Adam from Covers has also provided exceptional help in enhancing our website experience. Support requests typically take no longer than 45 minutes, often during weekends, evenings, or holidays, and it’s easy to get guidance through the chat function with quick signposting to useful how-to guides.

Covers is a design studio specialising in brand design, website development and art direction for travel, hospitality, and architectural projects. They help accommodation owners like Harlosh by crafting compelling brand identities, designing seamless digital experiences and creating bespoke touchpoints that enhance the guest experience to elevate their offering.

WHO IS HARLOSH
Harlosh offer two luxury holiday hideaways on the Isle of Skye. Black h, an architectural bolthole for two, designed to connect to nature. Wood h, a coastal family home offering cinematic views of Skye’s dramatic landscape and sea, right out to the Outer Hebrides.
Jason and Sarah first found the Isle of Skye on a whim. One cold November they randomly booked a cottage by the ocean and had our first weekend away together to the west coast of Skye. They were bombarded with the typical mixture of weather; lashing horizontal rain, howling gales, moody seas, clear skies and a million shooting stars. It was perfect.
