It is wonderful to be able to leave Inn Style PMS to deal with my bookings for my three holiday cottages. There is no intervention required from me- the system deals with the guest from initial booking acknowledgement, sending out balance payment reminders, confirming payments made, and sending arrival information and check-in email. This saves hours of time, and also takes away the risk of any double-booking, which would be a risk if using a paper based system.
