If you already have a Bed and Breakfast rate and want to offer a Room Only rate, Inn Style’s inherited/derived pricing makes this process simple and hassle-free!

Create your additional rate types and then inherit the price from the Bed and Breakfast rate on your self-catering booking software, then use our modifiers section to modify the price by a fixed amount £ or % – you can even specify a date range!

When your guest goes ahead and books on your Inn Style integrated booking system (IBE), they will see both the Bed and Breakfast plus the Room only rate on your booking calendar:

So how do I save time with this feature?

When you change your price in the Pricing Grid for Room Only, the Bed and Breakfast Rate will automatically be modified. Simple and efficient!

Please note that the Inn Style ‘Inherited Rates/Derived Rates’ feature ONLY works for your Inn Style Booking engine on your website. It DOES NOT apply to OTA channels that may have their own Inherited Rates/Derived Rates settings. If applicable, these will need to be set up directly with Booking.com or Expedia themselves.
