So how does it all work?

We understand that our property owners use Inn Style in a variety of different ways. Some manage property for other people and some have staff and friends and family stay which they don’t want to account for in the same way as full-paying guests.

This new feature enables you to add a different source of booking for manual reservations so you can clearly distinguish these on the dashboard and in your reporting.

It’s simple to use, once you’ve added a reservation you can select the origin info field and here you can add Property Owner, Friends and Family or Staff booking from the dropdown list.

Reporting:

In Insights, Quick Reports, Sources Report, you will be able to see where all your bookings are coming from for a set period.  In the example below you can see the property owner’s new additional source
