What3Words

Put your campsite on the map (literally) and say goodbye to phone calls from lost guests as What3Words provides your exact location to within three square metres. 

Your precise location which you can choose in the property management section of Inn Style campsite booking system, will provide your guests with a string of three words which they can open with any map/directions app and navigate directly to your property. For example, Inn Style’s Suffolk office is located at ///movies.dignitary.dancer.

You can utilise the integration further by providing the exact location of their pitch and even the location of the firewood, all of which will be shared with the guest via automated emails after booking. 

Wait Lists

Never miss a potential booking at your Camp, Glamp or Caravan Site again with Inn Style’s Wait List feature. If you’re fully booked, guests can simply opt to join a waiting list for the dates they have selected, capturing booking intent and future business for you. 

Once you have activated the Waiting List feature through the Inn Style PMS, your guests will see an option to join a waiting list on the embedded calendar during the booking journey on your website. If your guest clicks to join the Waiting List, a form will be returned for them to fill out their contact information. 

Once a guest has been added to your Waiting List, you will be notified in the notifications area of the Inn Style property management system, and you will be able to see all guests who are on the Waiting List.

If their enquiry becomes available for more than 30 minutes (we have a time delay of 30 minutes in case you are moving guests between pitches), then we will trigger an email to the guests who are on the Waiting List, notifying them that this has now become available for the dates of their stay, working on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

The email will take the guest directly to the booking journey, making it a frictionless booking process.

Optional Extras

Easily allow guests to book extras with their stay on your website, giving them the ability to add these to their cart as they book their stay. Creating the opportunity for your guests to book extras with their stay is an excellent upsell opportunity for your Campsite. Whether it’s firewood, food or awning hire, extras are easy to add, making it simple to change things up with every booking.

You can also use this feature for compulsory extras the guest needs to be aware of, like facilities fees or cleaning fees, at your campsite via your Inn Style campsite booking system.
