We chat with Vanessa about how Inn Style has helped them on their journey to running a very successful B&B with separate self-catering accommodation.
Having been with a competitor prior to joining, they were looking for a simple and seamless system with a booking engine to help drive direct bookings through their website. They found Inn Style and the rest, as they say, is history…
What made you join Inn Style?
“We just loved the simplicity and aesthetic of Inn Style from day one. We found them on Instagram and had to take a look. Once we did we knew we’d found the solution for us.
The simplicity, seamless built-in calendar on website, mobile friend interface and customer experience/service have all made contributed to making this a huge success for us.
For us, the system has been very easy to use. All the different categories are very easy to understand & edit. The owner’s calendar is always simple to use and makes our life much easier running the business day-to-day.
Our initial reaction is that it looks great, simple to understand and very innovative, but we found out soon that there was much more on offer.”
So what have been the best bits of the Inn Style System?
“The built-in calendar on website was a game changer for us, as well as being mobile-friendly to work with. We’ve found the easy to use optional extras are great too for generating additional revenue with each booking.
We love having the option to work with Stripe as a payment gateway which makes the whole booking experience from our website to payment entirely easmless.
The Inn Style features such as waiting list, optional extras, detailed closed rooms, synchronised calendar have all made running an accommodation business much easier and far more enjoyable.

Is there anything else you want to say?
“The fact that we can do everything with our phones make the daily work very efficient and gives us so much time back that we would have otherwise spent doing admin. It’s hard to put a number on how much time we save using Inn Style… but it definitely makes our lives easier.
The Inn Style Support Team is such a fantastic resource for us and are always available to help us when we run into something we don’t understand or have an issue we need further support for. They’re fast too, typically we always have a response within 2-3hours at most.“
