What Made Us Join Inn Style
We first heard about Inn Style through a friend who was already using the system and recommended it to us. Hearing directly from another accommodation provider gave us confidence that the platform would suit our business and the way we wanted to operate.
One of the biggest reasons we decided to move systems was because we wanted to bring more bookings in-house, rather than continuing to lose large amounts in commission payments through third-party booking platforms. We wanted more control over our business, our guest experience, and our revenue.

The biggest things that stand out for us are the excellent customer support and the simplicity of the system. The training during setup was really helpful, and the ongoing support has continued to be great whenever we’ve needed assistance.
We’ve also found the platform very easy to use, which has made managing bookings and admin much more efficient for our business.
