In this Inn Style Review, we chat with Jessica about how a search for an adaptable, feature-led system for their seven (and growing) campsite locations brought them into the Inn Style family.

What made you join Inn Style?

“We were looking for a system that is easy to use and is adaptable to our needs as a business and as it grows.

The old system was slow and was a bespoke in-house system, this meant we were missing out on some features we didn’t know we needed. It was a lot slower and didn’t have as many features so saves us at least 10 hours a week.

We were previously connected to a camping OTA but found Inn Style was much better to use on it’s own. We loved the various features and clear structure to the site.

So what have been the best bits of the Inn Style System?

“We’ve found there to be much less physical admin to do with it all being online. The data can be easily shared between our head office and campsite managers.

We think it’s simple to use. Everything is clearly labelled, use of colours make it easy to identify when pitches are booked. Checking reservations is simple and it shows all the necessary information we need.

The Dashboard has been the most appealing to us, it helps us review what level of capacity we’re at and provides a great snapshot of our upcoming bookings.

The Insight reports are also really useful for us to review data over a specific period and look at details of upcoming reservations.”

Is there anything else you want to say?

“We knew from our research the customer support was going to be great. The team is always on hand through the chat function and they’re always very helpful. If I need to speak to someone over the phone, that can be facilitated, and get me the answers I need. We rarely have to wait longer than an hour to get a solution from them.

Inn Style has been great for our business over the past five years and we can foresee using the software in the years to come as we grow beyond seven campsite locations we have currently.”
