What made you join Inn Style?
“Potential guests were struggling to navigate our system, and would enquire “for help” to book. It made us think we must also be missing out on bookings because we wondered how many people would just give up and book elsewhere for ease!
After looking at other businesses booking systems on their websites, we liked how clear and simple Inn Style was, and how much more professional it looked than ours.
We wanted an efficient system that could be as automated as possible – but primarily it had to be easy for our guests to book and navigate.
We saw Inn Style on The Forge in Corwen – they were using it for their glamping site and we wanted the same for us.
So what have been the best bits of the Inn Style System?
“I dread to think how many hours work would be involved if we didn’t have Inn Style! As a small business the time saved is incredible, it makes our business model viable. Our property is managed by one person (me!) and that includes all the laundry/changeovers to managing bookings, accounting, social media and everything in between.
We love the Price Copier!! But if I could choose more then the reports, automated emails for payment, the waiting list feature, the gift voucher generation have all been standout features.
I don’t often need assistance, but when I do, the Inn Style team are super quick to respond, usually in no more than a couple of hours, but always within 24 hours.”
Is there anything else you want to say?
“Thank you for being awesome! I was so pleased that it wasn’t clunky for guests!! But I was equally impressed with all the features. We were new to this industry, and it was exciting to find a system that could help so much.
It saves me an enormous amount of time, with so many automated features. The reports make analysing our accounts and business really easy. We were connected to Booking.com, however, we now have 100% direct bookings!”
