We know that sometimes you receive feedback by email or other means. Inn Style’s testimonials feature has been developed so you can now add this feedback to your Inn Style account and it will be displayed on the booking engine for potential guests to see.

Please note that the Inn Style ‘testimonials’ feature ONLY works for your Inn Style Booking engine on your website. It DOES NOT apply to OTA channels that may have their own testimonial settings. If applicable, these will need to be set up directly with Booking.com or Expedia themselves.
