Every time a booking is made, modified, or cancelled, Inn Style automatically updates SiteMinder, which in turn updates all connected OTA platforms. This prevents double bookings and ensures that guests always see accurate availability and pricing.
Instead of logging into multiple OTA extranets, SiteMinder acts as a single control panel that automatically pushes updates from Inn Style.
With SiteMinder, you can list your property on multiple OTAs without worrying about inconsistent availability or manual updates. The integration ensures instant data synchronisation, helping you reach a wider audience while maintaining control of your inventory.
All reservations from OTAs are pulled into Inn Style, meaning you no longer have to manually check multiple platforms. Every confirmed booking appears in your Inn Style dashboard, where you can manage guest details, pricing adjustments, and availability all in one place.
HOW SITEMINDER WORKS
Ensure you have an active SiteMinder account. Log into SiteMinder and navigate to Channel Manager Settings. Select Inn Style as your Property Management System (PMS) and request integration access. Once access is granted, Inn Style will generate an API key that you need to enter in SiteMinder’s connection settings.
In the SiteMinder Dashboard, go to Channels > Inn Style Mapping. Match each Inn Style room type with its corresponding OTA room listing. Assign rate plans and availability settings according to your pricing strategy. Click Save & Sync to finalise the mapping.
Once the setup is complete, SiteMinder will begin syncing availability and reservations. Make a test booking on an OTA to verify that it appears in your Inn Style dashboard. If any issues arise, check the Integration Logs in SiteMinder or contact Inn Style Support.
All new reservations made on Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and other OTAs will automatically sync to your Inn Style dashboard in real-time.
If a guest modifies or cancels a reservation, the updates will instantly reflect in Inn Style, ensuring availability is updated across all platforms.
