HOW REVIEWS WORK
Once a guest submits a review, you’ll get a notification on your Inn Style Dashboard. You can see a list of the guest reviews in Insights > Reviews. You can also respond to a review by clicking the speech bubble thanking them for their feedback.
To feature a review go to Insights > Reviews click on a guest name and go into the reservation scroll down until you can see the review tab. Click on reviews and tick the box to feature the review. Simple.
