Post-Stay emails are sent out X number of days after checkout, decided by you. These offer a great place to thank guests, offer them a discount code on future bookings, ask for reviews, or link to your TripAdvisor or Google Reviews page.

With your post-stay email, you are able to incentivise repeat guests along with collecting reviews from past guests which will increase your bookings and your revenue.
Post-Stay emails can be used for a multitude of things once your guest leaves. Once you’re setup, at the bottom of the main Customised Emails page, you can send yourself a test. Just enter an email address and pick the email you want to check.
