Do you have a restaurant at your property that you would like to encourage your guests to make use of? You can customize your booking confirmation emails to include a link to the software you make use of for online reservations – or simply, more information on how to secure their table with you in advance.
Are you trying to increase your returning guest count? Consider offering an exclusive discount or add on for their next stay with you. This is a great way of thanking your guests for choosing you while giving them great incentives to book a return trip when considering where to go for their next holiday.
How to customise your emails on your PMS:
- Go to the Accounts tab on your Inn Style PMS
- On the left-hand side, find Customised Emails in the Account options provided
- Select New Customised Email to begin creating your first template.
