What made you join Inn Style
I first heard about Inn Style through Towanderuk and Canopy and Stars. You are the first system that we have used, based on recommendations. It was recommended that it was easy to use, you offered an initial onboarding, 3 months free and the price is competitive in the current market.
What stands out for us
We like the system-generated emails sending essential information and our welcome pack to guests 5 days before they arrive, as well as the follow-up emails asking for feedback/reviews.
We also like the package add-on facility, waiting list facility and cancellation insurance purchase option, which gets managed externally.
