Thorntonloch Caravan Park is a small but perfectly formed coastal caravan park near Edinburgh. They are a modest site, but take pride in offering a great experience for our guests and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. What Made Us Join Inn Style?
We came to Inn Style after struggling with an overburdened diary system that was starting to cause real problems – leaking bookings and, in some cases, even creating double bookings. Before that, we’d already used a few different PMS platforms, including Anytime, CampManager, Qbook, and others, so we had a good sense of what worked and what didn’t.
What we were really looking for was a solution that understood we’re a small site with a limited team – but still expected a system that performs properly. We didn’t want to compromise just because of our size. We first heard about Inn Style through previous use at another campsite, so it was already on our radar when we started looking for a better fit.
What Stands Out for Us?
Inn Style has proven to be simple to use and genuinely reliable. It feels like a system that just works, without the usual “no you can’t do that” limitations that slow things down elsewhere. The availability checker is especially valuable for us because it’s customisable in a way that lets us clearly present pitch options to guests.
Support has also stood out – we’re not dealing with a faceless helpdesk, but consistent people who know the product. That gives real confidence that if anything does go wrong, we’ll be looked after quickly and properly. In reality, response times have been around 30 minutes, which works fine for us, especially as we’re realistic about expectations.
Overall, it’s taken a lot of the stress out of managing bookings. We’ve moved away from juggling diary chaos and into a system that saves us time every week – honestly, all of it. While there was a fair amount of upfront work to get everything set up, it’s been worth it for the stability and ease we have now.
