We spoke to Andrew from Bastle Retreats in this Inn Style review to understand how our booking system has performed for his cottage and cabin in Berwickshire.
Bastle Retreats is based on the edge of the village of Gavinton in the heart of Berwickshire. The Farmhouse Cottage offers boutique accommodation with both the essentials of modern living such as underfloor heating throughout, a powerful shower and quality bedding alongside the countryside comforts of fresh free range eggs and a wood burning stove.
The cabin is nestled in a private plum orchard the perfect relaxing retreat for singles and couples. With views across lush green countryside, guests can enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunset over the rolling hills, whilst soaking in the Scandinavian style wood fired hot tub.
What made you join Inn Style
We didn’t have a system when we first launched. We first heard about Inn Style through a website search when we were looking for an easy to use system suited to holiday lets rather than hotels and guest houses. On first impressions we found the system generally simple to use. Good design and layout and the fact it appears to be very well thought out for the holiday let market. What made Inn Style stand out over the other systems was that they were easy to speak to.
What stands out for you?
The user friendly dashboard and Stripe payments are most appealing to us as a business, we have also been supported by the Inn Style team in numerous ways through our journey with them and we’ve been most impressed with their customer service. We love that all our information is in one place, which simplifies our workflow.
