In this Inn Style review we chat Highgate House, located in the seaside town of Whitby in Yorkshire.
Highgate House is a magnificent Grade II* Listed Georgian townhouse located on the prestigious St Hilda’s Terrace. The former captain’s residence and once upon a time rectory, epitomises all that is expected of a Georgian property, and certainly does not fail to impress with its grandeur. Relax in one of our four individually styled rooms, each with elegant ensuite facilities and large luxurious beds.
What made you join Inn Style?
We were looking for a user friendly front and back end that would work well with recognised booking portals and were recommended Inn Style by another hotelier. At the time we were new to the sector and needed a bullet proof professional organisation/product to partner with.
We reckon that we save 4 hours a week on average by using the Inn Style system.
What stands out for you?
The Inn Style system is really simple to use from uploading new pricing to simply making or editing a booking in a dashboard style arrangement. We love the calendar and quick reports and how easy it is to sync with 3rd part systems. The system is simple for users and does exactly what it says on the tin.
When it comes to support we occasionally need to ring if I’ve made a mistake, wait times for responses are normally less than an hour.
