Your Property Success Executive will be setting up your subscription as you read this! You’ll receive an email from billing@innstyle.co.uk requesting you add payment method to the account. Once this is done, we’ll get you on the road to setup completion. Remember you only have 5 days to do this before the link expires.

Once your payment method is in, we’ll start the work of onboarding your account as soon as possible. A member of our awesome Onboarding Team will be in touch with all of the information they need to get you up and running. Beyond getting you setup, they’ll be able to give you guidance on everything from how best to implement the booking engine, to which features are at your disposal. Remember, if you have any questions, just ask!

Once we have your account setup, you’ll be able to book some one-on-one (or one-on-many) training for you, your team and anyone else you need to have trained. We can go into as much or as little detail as you like and answer any final questions you may have about the system. Don’t worry, if you don’t need the additional help, we’ll just set you live. After that, the world of direct booking success is yours to explore!
