Nestled within Ancient woodland, KOKO Cabins have three bespoke luxury cabins complete with hot tubs, outside showers and cinemas, with exquisite attention to detail and high quality suppliers their venue is truly one of a kind. Each cabin has it’s own private and secluded outside space individually designed to complement the cabin and the surroundings.
Having tried two other booking systems which were not user friendly, nor did they have the security set ups that Inn Style have, the folks at KOKO Cabins found us. After encountering issues such as having £2.5K in fraudulent transactions, something needed to change.
What made you join Inn Style?
“Having had our demo with David and seeing the system and what it could do, especially with the previous system having fraudulent payments our mind was made up, this was the system to for us.
We wanted a system with a good calendar that made it clear when we were booked or available. We also wanted a system with a back office that could help us and a system where we could also make changes ourselves too. Other systems did not have anyone you could speak to or get a straight answer to simple questions or actions that we wanted to implement.”
What has kept you as a happy customer with Inn Style?
“We have been with Inn Style now for 7 months and couldn’t be happier. We had about 6 months prior to joining with other systems and had nothing but issues and problems that no one could answer. David who is our account manager is unbelievable. He makes everything so user friendly and is ALWAYS there when we need help or a slight change on the system. He’s made this change so incredible for us as a business and to our lives!
The back office part of the system is great; it’s user friendly and easy to navigate. We do forget how to do things some times and so call upon David for help but the more we are using it the less we need to ask. The notes side of it, private and public are great for changeover and house keeping.
Its easy to navigate. The Waiting List feature that allows people to register if the date is unavailable is great, as if things change you can offer it to others for that night. The emails too; these have been a life-saver. No more remembering to send them out, you can set up to send emails out when you wish….this is so helpful and you can tailor these to suit your needs.”
So the support has been a really important factor for you?
“Yes, David is always a call or email away. He has helped us no end in setting up Inn Style for us and we probably pester him with things our crazy minds think of or ask but couldn’t ask for more. We’ve been so impressed and what David doesn’t know about the system probably isn’t worth knowing, he is great.
We don’t even recall having to wait for a response from the support perspective, it feels instant. Obviously we appreciate David has many clients but we’ve never felt we have had to wait.”
Is there anything else you want to say?
“Just that we are really happy. Like any system it takes time to get your head around it, but we have found that learning about new features has been interesting and exciting.
We’ve been impressed with so much; the payment checks and anti-fraud checks via Stripe has been a game changer. The emails that get sent out and payment requests take so much off your plate. To be able to hover over the calendar and see who has payments outstanding etc is also great for us to quickly check things.
Inn Style simplifies so many things for us. Automated emails emails, payment chase ups, reminders of what is happening each day, notifications for new bookings and outstanding payments – there are so many. It has saved us HOURS & HOURS of time every week. Inn Style has been a real game changer for us especially as our business has grown from strength to strength.”
