Are you maximising the marketing opportunity for your accommodation?
Collecting the guest’s email address when booking is key, as it allows you to communicate with them directly in the future and offer them additional incentives or promotions to keep them coming back.
Our customised email feature gives you full control over what you say.
This can be especially useful for establishments looking to engage with their guests in a more personalised and effective way. By tailoring these emails you are able to provide information about their stay, collect post-stay feedback and reviews. This can increase the likelihood of engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty.
Do you know you have full access to your customer details and marketing permissions?
Our Customer CSV download gives you a list of all customer details and their Marketing permissions (if you have this switched on in Guest Experience). You are then able to send out marketing emails via Mailchimp or similar with promotion offers links for guests to click on and take them straight into the offer, which will result in more conversions.
You can also use your guest data for paid promotions on social platforms and Google Ads in two ways:
Generate repeat bookings by uploading the data and directly targeting your list using Facebook’s custom audience targeting.
Acquire new users by creating lookalike audiences of your audience on Facebook.
Have you used our reviews feature to gather feedback from guests?
It’s simple to use, just copy our review link into your email template and it will provide a link for feedback and comments and this will then be populated in Inn Style and assigned to the guest’s reservation. We also have a functionality for you to reply to the guest too.
Great news, those reviews you collected? They will display to future guests booking within the booking engine, which will assist in converting new website visits into bookings by adding a level of social trust!
Tip: If the guests have booked via channels such as Booking.com or Expedia be sure to collect their own email addresses once they check in at your property!

By making use of special offers and promotions, especially in quieter months may entice guests to book a stay. Inn Style promotions feature allows you to easily market these offers and give you a range of flexibility on what to offer.

Inn Style offers the ability to add prominent banners across the booking engine which link to the first date it’s available to make it easy for guests to find the offers and book!
You are also able to offer secret promos which are only available via a link – these are great if you want to target customers who have stayed before.
