Top Tip:
If the average lead time is 37 days, and the most stays are from June onwards, then make sure
your pricing is higher (as peak demand) in the months of May, June, July, August, September
and October. To maximise your revenue, make sure you show up on international booking sites
like Booking.com and Expedia
